So I have decided to keep a written account of the lovely life of a single 26 yr old in 2012.
For the past five years I have been in constant relationships. I have learned that not only have each of them gotten worse, but how to walk away from them sooner than the last guy. Bachelor #4 lasted only a few months. So being newly single with my eye on no man I have been gifted with a whole new perspective on men.
Unlike popular belief they are far more complicated than you think. They get hurt feelings if you don't call them. They don't take kindly to the one night stand, especially if you want to continue to be friends with them. They use scary tactics like booty grinding on you when your talking to other men. They also don't take kindly to the idea of being in a bull pin. They have no idea how to approach you, so they usually spill a drink on you. And they really have not been trained on how to ask a girl out on a proper date. Also, if you try to be their friend they will at one point or another ask to see your boobs.
As I continue my quest to see if their really is the perfect man out there I will continue to keep record of the awkward situations I seem to find myself in.
Thirsty Thursday is upon us and I have some beer to drink, some pool to play, and same game to keep to sharp. ;0)
